Good location close to the center and metro station, the hotel was clean and nice and comfortable, the staff were friendly and speaking English

Friendly staff good location I was on a dental trip so it was close to my destination and shops. Restaurants was only walking distance.

As compared with other accommodations in Turkiye, a pensayon offers a basic bed, desk, bath, tv and wifi for a very, very reasonable price. Breakfast is not included; however, dozens of local cafes and restaurants offer breakfasts for less than $5. Deniz Pensayon is a few hundred meters from the Alsancak train station, light rail, a short walk to the Izmir boats; all of which can be accessed with an Izban card (less than a dollar for a ride to the airport by train).

The hotel was very well located but high level of music was reaching to the hotel from around bars and pubs during the night.

Hotel is located in proximity to the piers and other attractions. Friendly staff who extended beyond their jobs to make me and my family comfortable. I needed a charger and the staff let me borrow one pretty late into the night. They read through my requests at the time of booking and made sure I had extra comforters. They let me park right in-front of the hotel when I couldn’t figure out the parking. Overall my single night stay was a pleasant one. Breakfast was worth staying longer at the hotel.

The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. The room was good and clean. Kulturpark and Konak Bazaar are within walking distance. The Izban and other public transportation are also nearby. In the area are also some places with traditional Turkish food. I can recommend this hotel.

An excellent hotel. A great value for the money. All facilities are available. The breakfast was good too.. and also i wanma thank the lady on reception "mehtap" and all the staff , they are really nice.

Our second time in this well located hotel. The manager is super friendly and speakes very good English. The hotel is in the middle of a bustling street but still provides a quiet place to stay in. Highly recommended!
