The hotel is very nice and has a lot of great amenities, the staff are very nice and friendly and make sure that you are comfortable throughout your stay. The food is also very tasty. The location is nice as it’s a walk away from the beach and other fun attractions.

Title: Worst Hotel Experience of Our Lives – Do Not Book New Royal Beach Hotel, Beldibi, Turkey Our stay at New Royal Beach Hotel in Beldibi, Turkey was the worst and most unforgettable negative experience we’ve ever had in hospitality – not just in Turkey, but anywhere in the world. From the moment we entered the property, it was complete chaos: 1. Unprofessional and Untrained Staff: The receptionists had no idea how to handle bookings. Our confirmed reservation clearly stated 2 adults and 2 children, yet they kept insisting it was only for 2 adults. It was a waste of time and extremely frustrating, especially with kids involved. 2. Disgusting Hygiene Standards: The place is filthy. I’ve never seen a toilet in such a condition in my life – there was actual feces on the floor next to the toilet. That alone is enough to shut this place down. 3. Lack of Basic Organization: They first claimed they don’t accept 1-night bookings, despite us having a confirmed booking via Booking.com for 1 night. Then they said they are fully booked, clearly trying to avoid honoring our reservation. 4. Deceit and Disrespect: Despite our confirmed booking, they told us there is no room for us and that they don’t accept families. The treatment we received was disrespectful, unprofessional, and inhumane. It felt like we were not welcomed, but rather dismissed as if they never wanted us there in the first place. ⸻ Booking.com should immediately reevaluate their partnership with this property. It is shocking that a platform of that scale would list a hotel that fails every basic standard of hospitality and human decency. There should be an urgent inspection of this facility. Please, do not waste even a single dollar, euro, or lira on this place – it’s not worth it, even for the lowest budget. We have video proof of the entire experience and will not hesitate to share it further. No family deserves to go through what we went through

We want to thank Ms. Shahed receptionist, she was always assisting us and guide us. Housekeeping is very good. Landscaping is nice and clean The pool is nice although crowded. Snacks (afternoon) were nice and so was the rice cream.

The property had beautiful view from the balcony. It was also situated not far from the beach and the sea. Several markets nearby. The food was not special but good for the price and the drinks at the bar were also ok.

Stayed in hotel for 13 nights, was travelling with my mom. We arrived very early in the morning and check in supposed to be at 14:00. Mr. Ergun met us at reception and said if we do not want to wait untill check in he can check in us right away without additional charge but to another room and after 3 days we can move to our room. Very kind of him, but we refused to do it just cause did not want to unpack and pack again, so we decided to wait until 14:00. Later on Mr. Ergun helped us to check in few hours earlier than 14:00, again without any extra charge. Room has AC, TV, Mini bar fridge, plastic and paper glasses, shower gel, shampoo, towels, blankets, plugs, balcony with chairs and table, everything was working and we did not had any issues with the room. Downstairs at reception big fridge for the guests use, cooler with free water, coffee machine, tea and from time to time complimentary fruits. It was very good choice for us cause we did not get any meal plan, just brought some food and some were buying in shops and visiting near by restaurants. Hotel location is perfect, beach is just across road and small park, entrance to the beach is free, you can pay for sunbeds if you want to use it. Beach is very long and some parts of it belongs to hotels and some are public, i would recommend to walk both sides, explore and try few different spots and find what you prefer. Restaurants, shops, pharmacy, barber shops are near by, bus stop and taxi spot just across street if you want to travel to Antalya, Goynuk or Kemer. The only minus it is loud music in near by hotel, but it is stops around 22:00 / 23:00, so you have enough time to sleep until morning anyway.
