Hotel was good. Breakfast nice and staff was so good and speak very well English. But one of reception staff Fatima ( Fotos) so kind, speak English very well and always I saw the smiley face. When we enter in hotel she offer us tea coffee and water and this is exceptional. When we leave the hotel she came to parking and say bye bye to us with beautiful smile. Really she is amazing woman we never forget her

First of all, the location of this hotel is very centrally located, where you could take bus directly to old town or bus terminal via minibus. Secondly, the staff knows English well and is extremely kind and helpful. The guys allowed me into the room at 11 in the morning after my bus ride from Ankara, so that I could rest a bit before exploring the town. On the next day, they stored my luggage well. Thirdly, the room is big with three beds and nice views of the streets. It is clean and with all amenities.

In Safranbolu, this property caught our interest with its genuine Ottoman-style charm and the owners' exceptional hospitality. The delicious breakfast, featuring local specialties, was a delightful highlight. Perfect for a memorable stay immersed in history and comfort.

Great location within easy walking distance of most historic things in the area and the local market, but it's on a quiet street. Hosts were very hospitable and gave us tea upon arrival. They were kind despite our lack of knowing the language. We had the room with the attached bathroom which was nice and convenient. It was impressive that they added this at some point. Rooms were as shown in photo. Everything clean. Very historic and charming.

The host is very hospitable & helpful - assist with changing small amount of Turkish Lira, the room downstairs is provides good privacy, the breakfast is generous portion, of wide variety, and high quality.

This was an incredible place to stay! The room looked absolutely stunning and the location was perfect for exploring everything during our short trip. Breakfast in the garden was a real highlight, both relaxing and truly luxurious. I traveled with my small dog and we felt welcomed everywhere on the premises
