Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The apartments are modern, spacious, and impeccably maintained, with all amenities working perfectly – even the air conditioning, which made our summer stay very comfortable. The staff deserve special recognition. They are not only professional but also genuinely warm and attentive, which made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our entire visit. We first stayed for 3 nights before leaving for a 10-day vacation in Antalya. The hotel kindly allowed us to leave our cars in their parking area free of charge during that time, which was an incredible convenience and a gesture we truly appreciated. Upon our return, we stayed for another 7 nights, and the only regret we had was that we could not extend our stay even longer. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is set within a complex, with a shopping center just a short 5-minute walk away, making it easy to combine relaxation with convenience. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to families, travelers seeking comfort, and anyone who values ease of access and thoughtful service. It is a place where you immediately feel at home, and one that we will definitely return to in the future.k

Somerset Maslak Istanbul Hotel is an excellent choice for all types of travelers, especially families. My 20-year-old son also really enjoyed our stay. After my surgery, I needed a comfortable and accessible place, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Moving around the hotel is easy and convenient. I was pleasantly upgraded to a premium room, which I truly appreciated. The room, view, and overall atmosphere were wonderful. The breakfast is great, and the location is very convenient, with many shops nearby. I would especially like to thank Ms. Sebnem Tanritani, Assistant Guest Relations Manager, for her kindness and care.
