The hotel itself is very comfortable and the rooms are great. The restaurant local dishes were delicious and staff was always available. Staff was very responsive to requests and helped with booking local tours, especially Firdes. Whole staff team was great, Nilufer, hazel and Mohamed. The hotel is 30 minutes from Goreme and we liked the quiet and peace of the location with easy access to tours and busy Goreme center. We stayed in the cave room which was very unique but then changed to room upstairs which I preferred, you can see old buildings and way of life is very interesting. Good place to tour and also relax.

We liked staying away from the main tourist centre at Goreme...

We liked staying away from the main tourist centre at Goreme. Nevsehir (Nar) is convenient and you have more local amenities such as supermarkets, local restaurants etc. It’s not as picturesque as Goreme/ Uchisar, more functional, but the little village of Nar is pleasant. We ate at the hotel (Atilla’s Cave Hotel) in the evenings, which was convenient, delicious and excellent value.

The hotel is in Goreme. Goreme has spires of rock (volcanic tuff) that have had homes carved into them for 500 years. There's a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. But the most amazing sight is the 100+ balloons that fly over the valley in the morning.

Goreme was a great town but a 20/25 minute taxi drive away. We had our balloon ride from there which was excellent. The whole area is a beautiful sight, absolutely breathtaking. Our whole trip was spoiled by our hotel accommodation. Yes, we chose a cave hotel but with deluxe accommodation, balcony, dining area and we expected a window to look out of to actually see the beautiful views of the valley. AND ... not have to climb 161 steps to our room. We expect a refund please.

Best breakfast I had cooked the old fashioned way Rooms actually the whole place was clean people were very friendly ,fairly close to the balloon companies Just loved it Our trip was just for 1 day so very short I would suggest people book 2 nights

We went to Neveshir to do the balloon ride.

We went to Neveshir to do the balloon ride. We booked for a week to give us the best opportunity of having a great weather day for the experience, giving up Istanbul as a travel destination. The first 3 days were too windy. Day 4 was perfect. We had a signature life experience. We then went to Istanbul see what we could in the left over time

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with terraces offering an amazing view over Ortahisar. The rooms are very spacious, nicely decorated, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay — the beds were especially wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and gave us excellent tips on what to visit. Ortahisar itself is quiet and calm, exactly what we were looking for, and it made the whole experience even better.

This hotel is located in where it can see Air-ballon every day morning and in very convenient place which is access to central at cappadocia. Hotel staffs are very kind but also delicious breakfast served by friendly staffs, also especially thay have a dog which is called MAYA. I was looking forward to meet MAYA every day during my stay. I had my clothing made laundry and it was finished tomorror after i brought them. It helped a lot.
