Good location, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable. Only the room size is not that big. It’s understandable as the hotel is located at central areas of Turkey’s capital city. Breakfast are very good and healthy.

Excellent location with quite good value for money options. Access to city center as well as to pubs, restaurants street. Breakfast variety was ok. Staff is very helpful and polite.

The Hotel was very clean, they have great personal and metro station is just in front of the building.

The hotel is in good location and all staff are really professional and friendly and helpful. I’d like to applaud a particular staff Miss Sena who was really exceptional in her approach and the way she facilitate all the services of the hotel.

Not sure why this hotel is only 3 stars. I would rate it at least 4 stars. It was a very good stay in central Ankara, close to transport and major city centre attractions. Staff were very friendly even though they spoke very limited English and the breakfast spread was a welcome surprise - something for everyone really! The room was full featured with everything working, and great Grohe tap and showerware to ensure a comfortable experience. I'd stay there again without thinking twice!

The location of alba and the quality of service

The staff was super friendly and constantly smiling, excellent service! I booked a double-bed room and was pleasantly surprise with a living room included! Very nice surprise :)
