As soon as I entered the hotel I felt welcomed. The staff are well trained in customer service omg the staff are extremely friendly every minute they ask you if you are okay. Further, the room was exceptional and very well cleaned and everyday by 9 am my room would be cleaned. OMG THE BREAKFAST!! where do I begin!! It was deliciousssssssssssss buffet style and you could do an all you can eat. The staff at the restaurant is superrrrr always on your beck and call to ask if you are okay and would always ask if we needed coffee, tea or juice which they would pour themselves. The room service was exceptional. This is the top hotel in Trinidad, money well spent, service on a THOUSAND!! If I don't stop typing now I will not stop lol.

I loved the person who checked us in...she was so hospitable. I told her it was my sons bday, so we decided to treat him to a night at Marriot and evening of fun at the carousel with his friends....when we were at the carousel, she arranged a surprise for us in our room...a cake and a balloon...he was overjoyed...he turned 8...and his words were "I feel like a King". Thank you for your fabulous service and wonderful facilities. Breakfast was lovely as well.

Radissons is absolutely wonderful. Have been to alot of hotels but the staff here is so friendly and welcoming that it enhances the beauty of the stay. This is my third trip, and I've noticed that they have taken the time to upgrade the rooms. All of my fittings and furnishings were practically brand new. Awesome rainfall shower. Food is delicious as well. Order the tenders and wings you wont regret it 👍
