Room is spacious and the bed is super comfy. Staff is also approachable and helpful. And there’s parking lot for guests who drive which is a big bonus!

Before booking I hesitated for a day, due to the negative reviews. I decided to drive to the hotel first and look at the facilities because we were already close by. Upon arriving I was quite impressed. The feeling of a Thai spa awaits you and the front counter male was very impressive. He speaks English well and remained courteous through all my questions. The room was bigger than I expected and we could feel the peaceful zen style incorporated into the room. Yes there were some slight ageing wear and tear noticed, like the blinds in the bathroom with slight black mould stains, or a small section of the bottom wall showing some water damage, but overall this hotel was beautiful, peaceful, relaxing and excellent value for money. For the price we paid, I would say it was an excellent deal. We got the room with a bath tub and soaked in a tub overlooking the harbour. Thank you to the staff, it was a pleasant stay.

Large rooms, we liked the design. The breakfast was amazing and the stuff helpful and nice.

We enjoyed the kind, helpful staff. We were able to get all of our needs addressed from their help and suggestions. The room was spacious, clean, and the atmosphere was quiet, relaxing, and cool. We were very impressed with the sound system available to us. It provided relaxing music that helped us feel calm and destress.

The whole facility is clean and tidy, staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is awesome with a lot of options and changes daily.

Great hotel, great room, great free washing machine, great stuff. I asked them to keep my luggage for two days and it was no problem.
