Wutai is a native village, so it is a very different...

Wutai is a native village, so it is a very different experience than most of Taiwan. It is high up in the mountains and very beautiful. As someone who can't speak Mandarin or the local native language, it always took a little work to order food, and very little caters to foreign languages. Personally, I enjoy that as part of the adventure, but other travelers from the outside world should take that into account.
