Beds are very comfortable and staffs are friendly. They have sunrise, sunset and stargazing trips for a fee. Will get refunded if weather doesn't permit for those activities. Would recommend staying here.

The staff was fantastic and frankly the best part of the stay. We had a gluten intolerant traveler and they went above and beyond to create special meals for this person that were gluten free. They were attentive and warm hosts during our travels to Alishan
