Wow. Is this place fancy? No. Is it, however, one of the *quietest* and cleanest places I've stayed (and I've stayed a lot of places). It looks . . . boring . . . on the outside, and there was some chipped paint on the doors, and it's an old-style motel where you park at the door of your room. I really like that configuration. The ONLY sound I heard from outside the entire time was one faint "beep" of a car key in the morning. There may be more noise in busy seasons, but the silence this time was bliss. And when I opened the curtains in the morning, I looked out on some beautiful green Iowa countryside. The people running the place are super nice. And the bed and pillows were plenty comfortable.

The Stuff was nice especially the guy who worked the night I was checked in . Sorry I can't recall his name. The suits were clean and decent as you could cook if you wanted. This room was good for me for what I needed. Sleep somewhere and take a shower. The receptionist tried to find the solution so I was grateful. This is a budget hotel so I did not have high expectations.

Location of the hotel was directly on my travel route. The room was reasonably priced. The person at the front desk was extremely nice at check in and also thanked me when I checked out. The rooms were very clean Parking was available right by my room.

Nothing, I don't know about this motel, we booked what we thought was adair oklahoma and when we got to adair we only then after a search found that booking had booked us in iowa.

Always love this family owned motel. Ive been coming here for 30 years. Not the Taj Mahal but really inexpensive and a close walk to downtown Adair and the park.

So obviously an older hotel for this price but it’s very clean and serves the purpose. Check in was easy and she was very nice. Happy I chose to stay there
