I loved Aron who went out of his way to help us check in early, fabulous customer service and I loved that the 2 bedroom had 2 bathrooms. And the other lovely lady at the front desk made sure we knew the comforts of the lobby.

Classy, clean and comfy. Great staff who were very accommodating. Room was well appointed and clean. Located close to the freeway and had an excellent dog policy. Breakfast had lots of variety.

Wow. Cleanliness, property maintenance and interior design are worth noting. This is a US owned and operated property and does not fall short in delivering a full value service. The customer service, property maintenance, cleanliness, and amenities are far superior to properties owned by lesser quality franchises under Wyndham, Choice, and many more. I particularly liked the interior design and color scheme. The room layout, interior design, and extreme weather resistant construction are factors to consider when choosing this property. A sound proof building.

This is the state capital and all government buildings are in a nice area with manicured gardens but nothing to do. The bars and restaurants etc are by the railroad station and are a bit underwhelming. We stayed one night and were glad to move on.

Big minus was pool not opened for the grandkids and only received 4 Breakfast tickets for all 8 of us. AND i have NOT received my deposit for both stays to and from NM on 2 separate occasions. How long does it take to get receive back into my Bank account?

I make a annual pilgrimage to Cheyenne for Sherman Hill...

I make a annual pilgrimage to Cheyenne for Sherman Hill Train Show. Thus, I'm learning my way around the city. The hotel situation is the first time I've encountered a problem in the 12+ years I have been driving up. My hobby is model trains. And Cheyenne is noted by those in the hobby. The station is a must see. Although the UP got rid of some of their intriguing locomotives, they still a few worth seeing on the Steam tour across the tracks from the station. The city is spread out, remember I 25 runs N & S and I 80 runs E & W.

I cannot give an appreciation on this town. I was just travelling by and stop for a night to sleep and then continued with my trip the next morning. But for what I saw when travelling across, I can say that is is ok.

Went to Cheyenne for a Deana Carter concert and decided to make a night of it. After the show, we headed to The Outlaw for some country swing dancing, live music, and a couple rounds of pool. It’s a fun spot if you're looking for a true Western vibe. Cheyenne definitely brings the cowboy energy—especially during Frontier Days, when the whole town feels like a rodeo party. That said, if you're hoping for mountain views and a little more natural beauty, Laramie still wins that round. All in all, a solid place for a country night out and some boots-on-the-dance-floor fun.

2 story, no elevator. No plugin at left side of the bed. No hairdryer in the room but told they are coming. Fibreglass tub bottom was “noisy”. No bacon or sausage with the breakfast but lots of other choices. Overall comfortable/good value

The room was clean and big, beds were very comfortable, microwave and fridge included. There was plenty of parking and grassy areas to walk dogs. The continental breakfast was great with plenty of items to choose from, the fresh fruits and hard boiled eggs was bonus. The staff were very friendly. Both my friends and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again. Not to mention a Mexico restaurant was within walking distance and Outback was a 2 min drive.

Excellent location on Central Avenue with direct access to the Interstates. The hotel has its own parking space two blocks away but I was lucky and got a space in front of the Main Entrance. Friendly ladies at Front Desk upon arrival. Be prepared that this is a quirky and old hotel (1911) with a lot of history and not all modern conveniences which are standard in a modern hotel chain. Small bathroom, small room.
