The room was very clean and because I am handicapped, the room met all of my needs from the easy way to get in and out of the shower to being able to reach for everything I needed. The customer service was great. Nice and very friendly. I have already recommended the Motel 6 in Arcata,CA to some of my friends who travel alot on US HWY 101.

From the level of communication, the cleanliness, the peacefulness - the quality of every element of our stay exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Arcata. It is away from traffic but is only a short drive to hiking, downtown, and our family's home.

What a sweet surprise this place was! It’s in a quiet neighborhood, peaceful and very quiet, surrounded by gorgeous redwoods. The suite is beautifully decorated and very clean, well maintained. The bed was comfortable, nice linens and velvet duvet. Our host Andrea left us delicious cookies and checked to make sure we were comfortable and had restaurant recommendations. Can’t wait to come back and stay longer!

If you're visiting Humboldt, 100% book this guest house. It's absolutely stunning inside! The hosts have paid attention to every detail of decor/appliances/interior design and it really feels like home away from home. There's a full kitchen, laundry room, guide book for restaurants and beautiful hikes in the area, and it's just gorgeous. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the couches were too. Shower is large and luxurious. The floors are stunning as well and *heated*, and in the bathroom too! The house in a beautiful quiet rural neighborhood. Hosts were very easy to communicate.
