United StatesBeautiful, cozy condo. Very clean and comfortable. Easy parking. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach. We walked to the beach and it took us about 20 minutes.
We also drove down and parked on the street next to sunsations. Lots of parking. Close to restaurants and shopping. We walked to a mini golf course. Would definitely stay again!

The beach was great!
The beach was great! The beach was very clean and the sand was very soft. There were plenty of life guards all long the beach which made you feel very safe.
We really enjoyed the Labor Day Jazz Funeral. We have never experienced anything like that before and we were amazed at the amount by the show of support by the local people that came out to welcome the lifeguards back in at the season and participate in the Jazz funeral procession where they say goodbye to Summer. We enjoyed it so much that we decided that this is where we went to go every Labor Day from now on!
I have traveled a lot and been to many different beaches but I would definitely recommend Bethany Beach to anyone who just wants to have a relaxing time at a beach that isn't over commercialized and where the local people are very friendly!

The town itself is lovely all around, I love the small shops...
The town itself is lovely all around, I love the small shops and the coastal houses and cozy feeling. The food everywhere is amazing too, especially the Cottage Cafe (the Cream of Cram soup and the Steak Diane are delectable). The boardwalk is small, but very cozy with lots of treats like ice cream and candy and pizza.
The beach itself has gotten more and more crowded over the years in the summer, so it’s gotten harder to find places to relax or to spend time with smaller children and babies.

This was our first time at Bethany Beach Hotel we loved it...
This was our first time at Bethany Beach Hotel we loved it and have already made reservations to return next year. The free Breakfast was delicious, the room had everything we needed microwave and refrigerator with large screen TV. The bed was huge and comfortable. Our microwave wasn't working properly and they came to the room right away and exchanged it with a new microwave. All the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I love this Hotel.

eh... for the money I expected a lot more.
eh... for the money I expected a lot more. You are paying premium to be close to the beach, not for the accommodations or hotel itself. We had a major delay in checking in, desk staff (God bless them) didn't seem to know much, walls thin... but again, you are steps from the beach and close to boardwalk.

We enjoyed our trip to Bethany Beach.
We enjoyed our trip to Bethany Beach. Even though the weather was a bit chilly, we still had plenty to do including walks on the beach, visiting shops on the boardwalk, golfing, hiking, dining at lovely restaurants, etc. We definitely plan to return.

I chose bethany beach over rehoboth which is just way too Busy. It was my first time at bethany beach. I would highly recommend it to others. I flew out from colorado with my teenage grandsons. I had no idea that the boardwalk was going to have artisans showing It was also very amazing because one of the vendors was my sister and her husband who are jewelry designers and I had no idea they were going to be there so it was fun to spend time with them.

All was perfect, we stayed in room 409, everything was prepared on time, me and my family had great time in this hotel, breakfast was delicious and many options to choose. I truly appreciate their hard work to make our stay safe and comfortable. Service was outstanding. Close to beach 5min walk. 30min drive to bigger cities like Ocean City or Rehoboth Beach for walmart shopping

My husband and I were there for a Bethany Beach charity bike ride. We loved the proximity to the starting point of the ride, and also the ease to bike the 2 miles because of all the sidewalks. The condo was adorable with a full kitchen, and even a washer and dryer. We will definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was comparable to the standard business traveler fare. Particularly liked the fact that hotel went the extra mile with complementary beach chair vouchers, and refreshments every afternoon.
