Villa Xscapes offers waterfront properties in Bethany Beach Delaware & Colonial Beach Virginia. Quiet condo on beautiful Indian River Bay. You can see the water dolphins pool & kids play area from the living rm & porch. Private pool & beach, launch a kayak or go for a bay swim from the backyard. Ride a bike to James Farm Reserve or Fresh Pond Trail. 6 min drive to both Bethany & Delaware state park beaches. 20 min to Rehobeth. Tons of restaurants bars & activities nearby.
I'm an international traveler, explorer, blue water sailor and father of 2 that loves to hang out on the beach and fly a kite. We live in the DC area, and love short getaways. You can easily reach me via the AirBnb app.
Quiet location with easy access to whatever you want. Great restaurants less than .5 miles away. Quick access to nearby hiking, running and biking trails. Plenty of free parking. Community is walking and bike friendly. Watch the wildlife at James Farm Ecological Reserve, or Fresh Pond. Ride the bike trails to Bethany.
