United StatesQuiet and relaxing. Rooms were bright and spacious and very clean. Pool was perfect temp. Everything was kept up with. Honor system store was great on property. Hosts were quick with anything you needed and very nice. Have nothing to say negative the place is perfect for a quiet relaxing get away. Will definitely be going back many more times.

Well my stay was supposed to be from 10/23- 10/30 because my birthday was on the 25th when we got there on the 23rd, I advised our host that my son and I was there and we were in and we read the pamphlet on the refrigerator that said to read the welcome packet, but there was no welcome packet which wasn’t a problem, but then I was also told there was a deep cleaning done about day before yesterday. Everything metal in the condo just about was unusable the maintenance person that came over and cleaned the bathroom on the 24th was very nice and spent a lot of time scrubbing my bathroom, but unfortunately, I still didn’t feel comfortable. The dust was so thick I felt like I was breathing in dust which is not good for my allergies or asthma-so on the 25th which was my birthday my son and I decided to drive back home where we were more comfortable my husband and I usually spend time by the water on special occasions. This was my first birthday without him because I just lost him so I just wanted a different scenery. Enjoy a bike ride and some good seafood when I go away I expect to have a better experience than I would have at home or at least equivalent to, but this wasn’t either or respectfully, the bikes are so old we were scared to ride them because we thought we may have to get tetanus shots. I appreciate getting my cleaning fee back if I get it back, but I am really disappointed because it’s rare I get to take a vacation and I lost out on my money, but my comfort is worth more lesson learned and again respectfully

Very comfortable and inviting apartment with a great view.
Very comfortable and inviting apartment with a great view. The grounds are very well kept and have access to the water. It is near Bethany Beach but in its own separate community with supermarket and restaurants. The place was well equipped, parking was safe and convenient; it has a huge pool and we found nice walking trails less than a mile away. We went in the Fall and had the grounds to ourselves. Overall, what a pleasant surprise!

The place was welcoming and very well equipped, but there was some cleaning that needed to be done upon arrival. Also one of the showers was not able to be used because the tiles where falling off the wall and this was not stated when we went to check in, but I did contact the place and let them know

The property was well kept and massive, especially the huge back yard complete with a wonderful deck, playground equipment for children, and fire pit for adults. The house was very clean and welcoming. I was very confused when looking for an iron and ironing board. There was none and when I reached out to Vacasa representative...they said it wasn't listed on the amenities. An iron and ironing board??? Really!!! We flew in and never imagined we would need to carry an iron in our suitcases.
Everything else was as expected and slightly above. I walked the neighborhood and found the neighbors very friendly and waving as we passed. Loved it.

Great community amenities, our family loved the two pools, playground, games room, herb garden, and nature paths. House was a great layout and spacious and in great condition for our two families. The backyard setup is great with a grill and fire pit. Bethany Beach is a short 15 min drive away which we enjoyed a couple times during our stay. I would not hesitate booking this rental property again next summer.

Overall it was a comfortable stay.
Overall it was a comfortable stay. The house was clean and was enough space for our family of 4. Only two hiccups were the front walkway was very overgrown and the bush was over the walkway. It made it difficult to get in and our without walking through it, especially with luggage. Also, the toaster oven didn’t work at all but otherwise, it was decent.
