The hotel was lovely and spotless. Its location was ideal, conveniently close to many shops. The receptionist was extremely helpful; even though I arrived three hours before check-in, they kindly stored my luggage until it was time to check in. They also allowed me to check in an hour early. Overall, my experience was a perfect 10 out of 10

Staff was friendly the room was clean and there were stores all around to buy anything also restaurants

I like that I was able to use Apple Pay, and they had a lot to buy at the front desk I really like that the rooms were clean. It smelled great. The amount of options they have for breakfast was a pleasant surprise

New hotel, really liked the neighborhood area and all the shops and stores.

This hotel is at 29 walking minutes from Citi Field. Facilities and breakfast were great. It is also near Flushing station for people using the trains. You can walk to Queens Crossing for Asian food. Staff were very kind. We loved it.

Very modern. Location was close to public transportation. We attended an event at the Louis Armstrong Stadium. This hotel was very close.

The hotel location is in the heart of flushing , many restaurants nearby and downstair is shopping mall. It's take 10-15 min to laguardia airport and about 25 min to JFK. I went to downtown Manhattan everday , it's very easy to take subway line 7 to Times Square ,it takes about 35 -40 minutes , which is quite comfortable because flushing is the first stop to Manhattan , so a lot of seats , and from times square back to flushing also .Every staffs are very nice .The receptionist Jessica , is very nice and very polite. I took the free shuttle bus to Laguardia airport ,the driver ,Sammy is very nice also . I will stay here again next time. Just noted that the breakfast is not the line buffet , it's in the menu that you can choose just one , but anyway it's very good quality.

I love the whole atmosphere of this hotel. Everyone was friendly. Doniesha and her staff was especially friendly in the cafe area. Nice and clean and organized. Ty for the fresh decaf..

The Ambiance, Decor & Space Of The Room. They Had A 1/2 Kitchen. Microwave, Refrigerator, Cabinets Sink & A Countertop... Great Value For Your Money!!!

Such a pleasant stay and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The room and bathroom is spacious, clean, and well maintained. Location is good since it’s near a station, and parking is easily available if you have a car. They serve simple but good breakfast, then bread and beverage refill is available 24/7. Staff are very kind. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel given the value as well. Great job!
