The apartments come with a workplace, Flat screen TV, and closet. Both have kitchens with self-catering tools, oven, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. They each also have a bathroom each with host-provided shampoo and body wash if desired.
Hello! I am hosting this property in a family environment. Anyone who rents may live here as if it’s their own house for their duration, so don’t be afraid to come on down.
The neighborhood is safe, with the area being enclosed by a highway so nobody loiters around. Transportation is very convenient to the rest of NYC including Manhattan. Bx5 -> Midtown Manhattan, 30-40 minutes. <1 minute walk to the bus station. 6 Train -> Midtown Manhattan, 40-50 minutes. 6 Train -> Financial District, 70-80 minutes. 15 minute walk to 6 train. There are many restaurants nearby like Jimmy’s Grand Café or Cross Bronx Pizzeria, as well as various other establishments able to be attended.
