Friendly staff, clean hotel, hot tub was great, breakfast was delicious and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was great! They were undergoing renovations but gave me a heads up when I got there with time to cancel if needed. I ended up extending the stay last minute and they were accommodating to that. I missed breakfast one time but the front desk lady took the time to make me a breakfast sandwich and hand delivered it to my door even though it was entirely my fault that I overslept. The renovations look great!

The staff was awesome! Rooms always clean. If there was a problem, it was quickly resolved. Zach is an asset to the company! His welcoming, caring personality it a perfect fit for the establishment. I moved to Colorado in September of 2021, and travel the state for my job. When I first came here, I came to FoCo, and stayed at this same hotel. It was awful back 2 years ago. New management and new staff have really pulled this place together!

Wonderful stay, friendly staff and so accommodating, beautiful decor. The 5th floor Sunset bar with a beautiful view was a relaxing end to an evening. Right in the heart of Fort Collins it was nice walking to shops and restaurants and the entertainment on the plaza. I was traveling with 7 women, the city has a great vibe and felt very safe.

So much attention to detail. It was new so everything was in perfect condition and comfortable. (Residence Inn down the road wasn’t as nice but only because it was older-worn and dated). Loved that there was a little restaurant. The menu was great. Wonderful staff.
