We rode our bikes from Big Rapids to Cadillac on the White...

We rode our bikes from Big Rapids to Cadillac on the White Pine Trail (42 miles) and stayed the night. Having a pool/hot tub/sauna was really great! Wonderful restaurant so we didn't have to travel into town.

Great location for us at you can walk to a park.

Great location for us at you can walk to a park. There are lakes to watch the waterfowl. The hotel is quiet and very clean. Cadillac Coffee is across the street. It takes only about 10 minutes to get to downtown Cadillac to show the cute shops and of course, more coffee shops.

The area is gorgeous.

The area is gorgeous. Cadillac is a place where two large lakes run right thru the middle of town. It has the feeling of Northern Michigan without the super long drive that usually comes with that. Just 1.5 hours from Grand Rapids, 3 hours from Detroit and 4 hours from Chicago!

We were very pleased with our stay.

We were very pleased with our stay. We ate at Burks Restaurant in Cadillac. The food was very good. Would eat there again. We also took a color tour to Travers City and the sights were amazing. We found it easy to get around but we really loved being at the house with all the beautiful views. Would recommend this for anyone.

We actually didn’t see a lot of Cadillac.

We actually didn’t see a lot of Cadillac. We stayed there to be close to Torch lake which was about 50 minutes away. Although our first day in Cadillac, there was an art festival going on, we walked around. It was really nice and found some great food too.

We were just passing through and made a rest stop for the night in Cadillac. We had no time to see or do anything. The hotel staff made suggestions for several local restaurants for us to choose from for dinner. The Mexican restaurant a few doors away was excellent. If it wasn't pouring out, we would have walked over. Checked out next morning after an excellent hotel breakfast. Hotel location is an easy on/off the highway. Great place to stay. Highly recommend it!
