Cedar City was halfway between Denver and LA.

Cedar City was halfway between Denver and LA. This apartment was clean, comfortably furnished, had a fully equipped kitchen, and was right next to a small city park which allowed us to easily take our morning ritual walk before getting back on the road.

This booking was very good, gut a follow-up at the Railroad Pass in Henderson, NV and this ridiculously long reviw has left me with the decision to not use this site again; and no, I will not answer anything else sent to me.

We have been visiting Cedar City for the past 8 years while our kids were attending Southern Utah University. We love the city and surrounding areas. There is so much to do, but in a small town. Views are beyond beautiful, and all the people are so kind. We will continue to visit, and possibly retire there.

This was my second trip to Cedar City visiting family.

This was my second trip to Cedar City visiting family. It's a cute but very small town. "Downtown" area is essentially a couple blocks on "Main Street." Have had a couple of decent meals here (Centro Woodfired Pizzeria, The Pub Spirits), but also a couple of bad meals (iHop, Jimmy John's). Fair amount of ongoing construction / refurbishment, which is a potential positive omen for the city, but detracted from my immediate experience. If it weren't for local family, I'd never return.

Cedar City has a wonderful downtown with a lot of the old historic buildings still being used today. The town has a great variety of neat restaurants to try. Th Southern Utah University is a very old quaint university to walk around. I highly recommend the Shakespeare Festival Park and grounds. This city has beautiful sculptures and artwork all around. A wonderful free Art Museum and a very neat historic Frontier Homestead Museum. Hwy 14 is a very scenic drive up the mountains to a rustic village called Duck Creek. Beautiful scenery. There are several hiking trails around and neat campgrounds close by. It is very easy to get around this town. Just lots of hidden places and wonderful old different architecture houses to check out.

Cedar City is a lovely town with plenty options to eat, not counting that is the door to two great National Parks as Zion and Bryce Canyon, and to The Coral Sand Dunes State park as well. We had Sushi Tacos, French coffee and the familiar Apple Bees dinner. We were there for a graduation at SUU and were happily surprised by the size, organization and the history of this University.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The beds were very comfortable, the room was quiet, and everything felt clean and cozy. The pool and jacuzzi were great for relaxing after a long day, and the breakfast was generous with lots of delicious options — definitely one of the better hotel breakfasts we’ve had. A really pleasant stay with great amenities and friendly atmosphere — we’d gladly stay again once the renovations are complete.

It used to be my favorite place to stay in cedar city, when we'd come stay in town to do jobs or to just get away from where we live for a while. It was the best value for the money, staff used to be friendly and recognize us, and we had a good relationship with them, but now they act like they don't know us anymore and ask for our room # and proof of room key every time we walk inside from outside, which they never used to do.

Pleasant hotel on the Junction of Main Street and another major road leading to the i15. Plenty of parking. Good breakfast with cooked options, free coffee and a shaded outdoor seating area. There is a singer\guitarist performing in the evenings. An excellent Chinese restaurant next door along with a bbq food restaurant
