Pet friendly, and the entire staff was lovely with my dog. He was so happy here and it will make this a no brainer to come back to when in West Chester. WC seafood kitchen was phenomenal as well!

The hotel is okay but overly priced.

The hotel is okay but overly priced. I put on our reservation what time we’d be arriving and we had to wait almost an hr due to the system running an audit. We arrived at 3am and were to it can take anywhere between “15 mins to 4hrs” The front desk seemed to blame us and the time we got there despite me adding the arrival time prior to and calling ahead of time. I called to reassure the room that was being shown on the site and that the option I was choosing was the option for the specific room we needed and I was told “yes” we get there and it was not the same room and they refused to give the requested room despite admitting the front desk agent was wrong. We were offered another room (an extra 1) then they said we couldn’t get the extra room. I personally didn’t appreciate the inconvenience it caused my family and I so based on that and the lack of f#cks given I wouldn’t return. The elevator seems like it needs to be maintained as well. And rooms/shower could be cleaner. I don’t think the shower was cleaned at all! I requested extra towels and pillows for our 2night stay we didn’t get neither at all point of our stay.
