Loved how close the hotel was to the airport, the shuttle service to the airport, how spacious and comfortable the room was and the friendly staff.

It’s conveniently located near the airport and car park. I was welcomed right away and staff all greeted me. The room was very clean and very comfortable bed.

Customer Service was Excellent! The Restaurant had good choices. The chicken wings are very good. Complementary Water and Starbucks Coffee in the very large 1 bedroom Suite. Comfortable bed that enveloped your body a little. Soundproof! And the temperature adjusts to your liking with consistent low fan that creates the perfect white noise for sleeping. Shuttle was on time. Bartender knows how to make a great Old Fashioned.

The hotel was quiet both on the outside and inside. Was scared we would hear airplanes from the airport but didn't. Staff was very nice and our room was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Location and parking were convenient and safe. The building seems new. Everything clean and everyone helpful, friendly and accommodating. Didn’t hear any noise throughout the night and the window shade completely blocked out all light from outside. Restaurant was good too!

This hotel staff is service personified on another level. It felt like we were at the Ritz. Not only were they super friendly, they genuinely care about how your trip is going and that you are enjoying Philadelphia. They also take pride in their hotel and their city. Shout out to Nezha, Romy and the front desk crew. They care. All staff are awesome here, but the VIP's of this property are the wonderful ladies working in the Club Lounge. I noticed them personally engaging every guest about their trip remembering what they did the day before. They treated everyone as if they were guests in their own home. Stay here if you want to be treated like family! We will happily be back.

The room was clean, the TV worked, sheets were clean, bathroom was clean, very spacious room with a great view

The virtual checking in process was seamless. Very communicative and available. Great job! Location was great easy to get to. I booked the place to go to the Super Bowl parade. Short notice booking, and there wasn’t a lot of options. Nice little place. Just wish I could’ve gotten an additional bed. Not their fault. But still….

The hotel and surroundings were very clean, hallways were spotless and everything worked as it should. Breakfast was DREAMY! The place was brimming with life and beautiful people, we're lesbians and we saw another lesbian couple eating in another table, we felt welcomed! So LGBT friendly and people of all races and ethnicities, it was lovely!!
