I booked this room through Booking.com with ease. This was our 2nd stay & everything is excellent here. The staff is extremely nice & accommodating. The room is very clean. The location is across the street from our events we have with our LEMC so very convenient. The coffee & breakfast bar is always stocked & fresh. We liked that we just happened to receive the same room. They stock the room with extra pillows & blanket.

The hospitality!! I have never been to a motel where the staff is 100%. CK was the absolute best and very accommodating! We had a death in the family and we’re here for the funeral. There’s roughly 10 of us. When CK heard of this, he made sure all of us had rooms next to each other so we could all be together during this time. I highly recommend, if you’re in the area, staying with Motel6. You will not be disappointed!!!

We really enjoyed the city of Eddyville!

We really enjoyed the city of Eddyville! Especially eating at The Joint right across the road from the Regency Inn. We ate lunch there 2 days in a row and dinner/dessert/drinks the same night we stayed. It was amazing food and dessert and drinks! Definitely check them out if you are in the area!

The property was clean, spacious, and very comfortable.

The property was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. And, the host was incredibly responsive. I have Parkinson's which has made speaking very difficult, particularly on the phone. So, I prefer to text or use email. The host responded to my email inquiries within minutes. This property was perfect for an overnight stay en route to Nashville. If you recognize it for what it is, a manufactured home in a very clean and well kept park, then it will suit you perfectly. The next time we're traveling in this area, we will stay for more than one night. Tip: bring your own coffee and ice, or do like we did, check in then make the 15 minute drive to Walmart for supplies.

This hotel/motel is very cute. I loved the entire time I stayed there. I would like to go back in the summer, near lakes, etc. Exceptionally clean. Upgraded accommodations were very nice and comfortable. Great choices for continental breakfast. Pool area looks wonderful but not open yet. The owner and his son are very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again. Close to restaurants although I didn't try any. Great value for the money.

Eddyville Springs Estates has everything you need, whether your stay is long or short. Easy access, well euipped, very clean, comfortable and organized. Outdoor seating and BBQ grill are very much appreciated. The hosts are very nice and responsvive to any questions you may have. We couldn't be happier with our stay and we will be back!

Breakfast: Starbucks coffee, Purnell's sausage and biscuits and hard boiled eggs sourced from local growers. Very good. Rooms were recently remodeled and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Very good value for the money at Regency Inn.
