Erin at the front desk was amazing, sweet, and breathtakingly beautiful. She was always so kind to me and went out of her way to help me and always say howdy to me.

I like it was clean and beds were very comfortable so we like our stay .

Front desk people are awesome, and the gal that runs the continental breakfast is great

Everything was fine. Busy weekend, not too noisy. Staff friendly.

The property was great honestly the mattress suck super hard but I will take a hard mattress any day especially when it came to location it was central to all the fields for this 5 day baseball tournament the stuff truly incredible and that’s on all shifts the room was huge full kitchen huge bathroom

We were surprised that there wasn’t a breakfast in the hotel, but after we saw our room with kitchenette understood the basic premise of the place. The room was wonderfully laid out for long stays. I enjoyed the workout room and free coffee in the lobby. There wasn’t anything around the hotel to see, but our purpose was to visit relatives and we just needed a place to stay, so it was perfectly located for that.

The property is beautiful. I will recommend it to others and I will stay there again anytime I’m in Federal Way.

The overall stay was great and the staff was awesome. The bed was so comfy and the PILLOWS!! It was a great location too!

I didn't know their was a breakfast. Is it cooked or just oatmeal in a bag. I made french toast in my room. It was great.
