our flight was late so we were late but they were super nice about it. I hate being scolded by a hotel for being late reason why I drove to Gaylord further instead of going to Grayling because that hotel hassled me. Glad I did Gaylord is a great place and seeing the elks in the am was awesome!

This place really is clean, as advertised. No odors or issues of any kind. The room stayed warm. Excellent location for nearby Treetops ski resort and downtown Gaylord. The owner Peter is very friendly and accommodating. He gave us an extra nice room.
