United StatesWe had a very nice stay. The staff was kind, friendly, and treated us like family. Our room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! The breakfast was delicious and we really liked that it was somewhat different each day we stayed. The hotel, in general, was also very clean and quiet. Our daughter loved the pool even though the water was cold, and she swam until her little heart was content.

Our son lives in Fairfield and recently spent some considerable time at Mercy Hospital in Fairfield Location is pretty convenient to both. The dining options are somewhat limited in the area if you're not into fast food.

Did not like: loose/not working charging outlets bed bed.
Wished you have iced water available to customers, especially on HOT days.

Free breakfast is comparable to other hotel offerings. More whole wheat options would be most welcomed. Better low-sugar cereal, pastry and yogurt options would be nice. Should always have a black tea availabe. Early Grey is flavored with bergomot It is not really a straight black tea. English breakfast, tetley, lipton, etc,. are good caffinated black teas.

I rented a queen size suite with a small kitchen.
I rented a queen size suite with a small kitchen. My room was clean and quiet and well maintained. Everything worked in the room except my bathroom sink which was clogged. Staff fixed it the same day I found it clogged. I have stayed at this location twice now and the staff is always polite and helpful. The building is very quiet. I have only experienced one early morning noise disturbance, and it was quickly handled by staff.

The whole area especially shopping malls are in decline, some Old shopping areas only have 1 or 2 stores open. Nevertheless I was able to walk to 2-3 miles & found good coffee facilities. Note in the 4 days of walk I didn't;'t meet any other people walking, people here use their cars,

The fire alarm went off at 415 am and after the alarm quit...
The fire alarm went off at 415 am and after the alarm quit the strobe lights in my room continued to flash for 2 and a half hours after alarm was silenced! The manager didn’t even offer a discount for ruining our trip everyone was in a bad mood ! I heard manager talking about there too cheap to fix the bad pipes for fire protection they just put temp patch on to get by ! That’s great thanks for ruining our trip!!!

Room have bug 🪳 in room and bed and all over and was uncomfortable and not safe. We did stay there after seeing those bugs and it took along time to get refunded and we have to find new hotel to stay in.
