We stayed for the proximity to St. Louis.
We stayed for the proximity to St. Louis. The Drury Inn exceeded our expectations and we found Urban Air nearby. Its a cool trampoline park with ropes course, rock climbing and zip line. I was also surprised by Impact Gaming which is a huge store for tabletop games and included a LAN center with very affordable hourly rates to play PC games online. There appeared to be lots of shopping options nearby.

This was a first for me and my family.
This was a first for me and my family. First thing I recognized was the friendly atmosphere. Secondly, the easy check in. Thirdly, I loved that this property had an elevator as we had quite a bit luggage and my room was on the second level. Most importantly, my room was lit, clean, and roomy. In addition, the bed was clean and comfortable and that was my expectation.

The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The pool was nice.. Love the area, its right by Olive Garden and Urban Air adventure. The kids had so much fun. The rooms are clean and nice and if you love TV there's lots of channels. If you need something, the front desk people were awesome..

Drury Inn and used to be very accommodating staff used to be on top of their game this time the kitchen was behind it was not packed we had to wait for food it was my birthday weekend and they weren't able to give me an upgrade for free but they had multiple suites available and I stay there on a regular basis I had the pulled pork which was terrible and needs to be taken off the menu

I hate being treated poorly. Staff was abominable & rude.
As a health challenged person I want better access for parking/loading.
Room was fine, but really tight in critical areas.
Oddly, the writing desk was awesome! Quite large & well-lit.
Chairs were uncomfortable.

Room wouldn’t lock but didn’t realize till we had left for evening so our room could have been got into. Beds
Was terrible could feel springs. And pillows were like a smushed kids pillow. Chair at desk was broke if you sat at it and sat back it tipped all the way back and threw you back. Overall dirty.

Hotel lobby is clean. Check in was easy. King Suite Room is a must. Room was clean, odor free and quiet. Bed was comfortable as well. Location is good - just minutes away from the busy spots in the area, but is tucked back in a quiet area.

The location was good for a travel/stay hotel that's near the highway and near several shopping centers. Breakfast can use some work, but you still can't beat the convenience of free.
