I miss understood. I had a service dog. What I read was I was not going to be charges & I wasn't. But somehow? They did not know about my service dog. 2nd, the first room I got had a leak from the ceiling. I told them about it and they was so apologetic about it. Such sweet people. They got me another room instantly. I saw that they attended to the leak issue immediately. Shows me they care about their business. They made me feel special how fast they got me into another room. . How they told me where to find the pet area, ice, laundry and computer room. I would recommend there motel and I would book again with them. The view of mountains was breath taking.
