Had a problem with the room. It was a kind bed, and I needed 2 beds. Staff help me get a 2 br room.

We were travelling and needed a place to stay next to the highway. This spot was perfect. Checking in the staff was friendly and recommended nearby restaurants for supper. The room had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet included with the room as great. We wanted something quick and efficient before getting back on the road, and this was perfect.

We choose this Hampton Inn because there is an Applebee's next door so we can just walk over for dinner instead of having to get in our car after a long drive.

Property is very nice and clean. The staff at the reception are very friendly and they help the clients if there are issues. For example I had an issue with the App for paying the parking and they were very helpful. Breakfast very nice. Room spacious and clean. All good

It was clean and near to down town. The receptionists are like family and very welcoming.

The staff were outstanding. Very helpful and nice. The food available in the bar area saved me. I arrived late and had not eaten dinner.

Love the spacious, well-appointed room. Also Le Cavalier, the restaurant, is not to miss.

Breakfast wasn't included in my stay

Beautiful lobby, close to our Swedesboro relatives so an excellent location for us. Liked the r teas like wonderful breakfast, kids eating free, pool table, ample walking area for our dog. Room was clean, beds were perfect.

This was the last leg of our journey, so I was a little tired of new hotel rooms. TownePlace was an excellent last stop. We were close to relatives for a quick visit, and the suites were beautiful, spacious, and full of extras, like snacks at check-in and free wifi that actually worked! Definitely would stay here again.

The staff was beyond helpful and accommodating, I made a mistake on our reservation and noticed it last minute. They were able to fix my mistake and make sure that we had a great weekend. This place is great!

the staff and management were extremely understanding when we found some personal items left behind in our room. when we reported the items to the front desk staff they applied a discount and then another discount was applied later by the manager when the staffer told them what occurred. i was very pleased with their attentiveness and willingness to make the situation right with us.

Price in a perfect location. I was worried about the 6.9 average review, but the location is what I need, but I was amazed at what a great buy it was. Staff were very friendly and room was spacious and clean. Who cares about dated furniture?

I didn't have the breakfast...but the location was good due to the convenience of where I need to go.
