Charming, folksy, historical ambience, two minutes walk to the river with a mile and a half trail along side the scenic Rogue. Warm and welcoming staff of friendly, interesting people. They went out of their way to make me comfortable, even bringing up a mini fridge to my room which wasn't normally offered in that room, and bringing a microwave to my sisters room which also wasn't normally offered in that room. They feed you a lot--a full breakfast, appetizers at 4:30 which you could practically make dinner out of, fresh cookies out of the oven at 7:30 every night. Games to play available in the large and homey family room/lobby, with a big fireplace. Just such a lovely view out of the dining room. You look out into the the huge lawn and the tall trees and the cabins below. Also it's located with an easy driving distance to many fun hikes and other special attractions of the area.

We stayed here while traveling from Petaluma, CA to Lacey, WA, and it was a great stop for our family. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the area felt safe and well-lit, which was important since we were traveling with kids. We also had a cat and a dog, and the hotel was very accommodating and pet-friendly, which made the trip so much easier. As a military family, we really appreciated how smooth everything was during check-in and our stay. Another bonus is the location, it’s close to In-N-Out, McDonald’s, and several gas stations, so it was easy to grab food and get back on the road.

Breakfast was nice - little omelets, hot oatmeal, sausage, pancakes, bacon, fruit. Fresh baked cookies in the lobby in the evening. Coffee/tea available 24/7 as well as fresh fruit. Room was very spacious and comfortable, nice soft pillows. Close to I5, stores, and restaurants.

Grants Pass has a really decent downtown with a few, exceptionally people-friendly spots to eat, drink and relax. I enjoyed shopping at "The Kitchen Company". I don't like how the city is laid out - with a long, major, soulless, one-way avenue to enter through downtown, and another to exit the city.

The hotel that we stayed at was outdated, moldy, and stinky.

The hotel that we stayed at was outdated, moldy, and stinky. The Chinese restaurant next it had server whom didn’t dress appropriately for their server role. Other than that, the Panda Express and the Walmart were great. Small town with small town vibes but no one was rude. I wouldn’t stay at Grants Pass again but will stay at a much higher rated hotel.

The downtown old grants pass area very nice to walk and look at the old Town. It is a very nice place to visit more vacation but if I were you I would find the right motel and possibly spend a little bit more money upgrading something nicer than motel 6

It was just a one night stop over on the way home from Canada. Hotel was great room was great best coffee maker and cookies yet the town it was fine. It was hard to get in. The better restaurant says it was the start of a holiday weekend, but the restaurant recommended a quick place across the street that was popular and we went there and it was fine so all in all it was great for a one night stop over

Nice town, lots of shopping and activities.

Nice town, lots of shopping and activities. A must during the summer months is the jet boats!! Hellgate Jet Boat Excursions. Visited the Wildlife Images Rehabilitation and Education Center, a cool place and another must do. So many things and events to do in the Rogue Valley. Grants Pass is a great place to stay as we traveled about exploring all the different areas. We found the town clean and inviting with a great art scene.

Traveling north from Crescent City CA in a Tesla, we were concerned about charger availablity. It made sense to stay in Grants Pass and use it as a base for our round-trip to Crater Lake. We did not take advantage of many outdoor activities that seem to be available with the exception of the "Oregon Caves" -- about fifty miles south of Grants Pass. When we arrived this was a not-too-busy attraction and the caves are a cool respite in the middle of July. Big Plus ... the guided tour is very professionally done, and Oregon grants a discount if you have a National Parks Pass! El Mocojete is a good local restaurant (Mexican), we ate there twice and both enjoyed their soups.

This hotel is amazing. The breakfast is very good and Weasku Inn organizes so many activities that are out of scope for regular hotels - complementary lunch during the day, cookies at firepit with marshmallow. The location is nice - 10 min driving to Grants Pass.

We enjoyed the room, the location. It was clean and well equipped. We happened to stay there on the first Friday of the month, which happens to be very lively in Grants Pass - bands playing in the streets... The hotel is within walking distance of everything.
