When checking in, The front desk attendant was phenomenally friendly and had such a positive calming energy. I forgot his name and I’m so sad I forgot because I wanted to give him a shoutout. I was so tired after driving 9 hours and he was such a welcome surprise. I will definitely be staying again when I pass through on my way to and from Kansas City. The Starbucks across the parking lot was a huge plus and the location was SO convenient. I’ve never had a better experience at a hotel.
