Everything was a very nice hotel and if or when I go back I will stay there these rooms are more like small apartments it was awesome

Property location is right off the I-77, friendly staff at check in/out, comfortable bed, great breakfast with a lot of choices.

The staff(David and Vinny) were very friendly and welcoming! When we arrived we got to enjoy a free dinner and drinks from a local restaurant! The free breakfast was perfect! Rooms and hotel were clean and comfortable.

It was far enough away from the interstate, so that we didn’t hear noise from the traffic. Room was great.

The breakfast was delicious, lots of food to suit everyone's preferences. The layout of the Queen Suite was really nice. The free cookie at reception, and greeting on our TV were extra little touches that put this hotel over the top, especially for our kids.

The rooms were very comfortable including the beds. Everything was extremely clean. Every staff member far exceeded our expectations. They were so comforting after we went through plane mechanical problems from New York and our 11.12pm flight to Cincinnati cancelled after we missed our connection because of the previous mechanical issues. We were so happy to see all the kind and caring faces and they all helped to put a great ending on a really rough day! Thank you!!

All of the staff members I encountered were superb in service and friendliness. Since it was a Christmas holiday, I gave them a lot of credit for providing excellent service when they could’ve been home with their family.

Throughout my stay, I continued to notice how attentive and kind the front desk staff were. They always greeted guests with a smile and seemed genuinely happy to help. It is clear that customer service is a priority here, and it truly enhanced the overall experience. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The common areas, hallways, and lobby were always neat, organized, and inviting. I also noticed that the property was consistently well staffed, which helped everything run smoothly. Whenever I passed through the lobby or needed assistance, there was always someone available and ready to help. The rooms were another highlight of the stay. They were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spotless when I arrived. Everything felt fresh, clean, and well cared for. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes pride in maintaining a high standard. Overall, this hotel provided a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Between the exceptionally friendly front desk staff, the clean and orderly environment, and the spacious, comfortable rooms, it is a place I would happily stay again and recommend to others. The level of service and attention to detail truly made this stay stand out.

The staff was nice and accommodating. The breakfast was not the best buy it served its purpose. The location was perfect as we were near everything.
