Floors were sticky and dirty, no shampoo or conditioner, had to ask for it. Shower door and shower pan were both dirty, no working ice machine, the desk was sticky, had a 4 plug-in cube it didnt work, no frig, and no mattress cover. Landscaping had not been done in sometime. Only had 1 person working the front desk while the line kept building up. Key card did not work on the 2nd day, so had to stand for 30 minutes waiting to get key card reactivated.

It wasn't difficult to find using my GPS.
It wasn't difficult to find using my GPS. I was on the last day of my 8-day vacation, heading back to Wyoming (not through Yellowstone). So I didn't see much of the city. The entire area was very beautiful. Rivers, Lakes and beautiful farmland.
I will stay there again as it is about an 8-hour drive from my home.

TV don’t work, bathrooms were atrocious and the bathroom mirror was an 8x10 piece of glass that was so high above the vanity I couldn’t even see in it. The entry door locked, but had a gap around it and you could see outside through the gap and bugs could get in through the gap. The pillows felt like rocks.

Idaho Falls is a very friendly town with lots to see and do. The people here are so nice. The town is clean. They have a wonderful museum, zoo, aquarium and lots of beautiful parks not to mention the river walk. There are lots of very good restaurants. Shopping is great. If you like thrift stores they have some great ones. Down town has been revitalized with unique stores and international food. You should really come take a look!

Idaho Falls is a great place.
Idaho Falls is a great place. The only thing I did not like was all that wind and on the last day it felt like winter and it was mid-May. Maybe the best time to visit would be in June or July. The falls are really nice.

Idaho Falls offers so many family friendly and wholesome...
Idaho Falls offers so many family friendly and wholesome activities. We love to go to the Temple and visitor's center and walk around the river greenbelt. We also love the zoo and activities at Tautphaus Park and spent the afternoon playing there. The mall is a great spot to hang out and thriving with lots of great shopping options. The city is very well kept and the roads are especially in great shape!

This hotel is in an exceptional location with very friendly and helpful staff. The first room we were put in fell far short of Best Western standards but when I brought it to their attention the next morning they were prompt and courteous in moving us to a much better room. their breakfast selection was very good and having someone to cook the eggs any way you wanted them was a nice touch. Highly recommend this location.

Always so impressed with the cleanliness. This motel is our go to for our very long road trips and we always sleep well and know that the room is clean and the bed is comfortable! This budget friendly motel is our fave as they are what they preach. Will always choose Motel West when we road trip through Idaho Falls.

My Place Hotel was clean and new looking. We had a full size fridge and kitchenette which was great.
The Staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.
