CanadaBreakfast was limited but good. Location is a little far out of the town if you don’t have a car. No taxis or Uber in town. Dial A Ride is available during the week.
Staff was very helpful even posting something on FaceBook to help get us a ride from the airport.

It was a good stay staff always busy keeping it clean...
It was a good stay staff always busy keeping it clean appearance. Manger should at least make it appoint that house cleaning looks around furniture for things people leave or misplace in rooms. We were able to check in early that was a bonus. Should have someone come in and look at the steps on the pool sharp edges on a step that did cut my granddaughters foot open along with another guest as well. But pool was warm not to warm but good temp. Hot tub was also hot and amazing. Can't say to much about other guest rude and smoking weed in the rooms sad.

Soft, fluffy bath sheets. Good hot coffee. Mostly carbs for breakfast, but they did offer yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and peanut butter for proteins.
The staff was extremely friendly. The pool looked immaculate. There were several awards hanging in the lobby. The heater in the room was noisy and difficult to adjust. The carpet in the hall was a little worn.
Overall, this hotel is a great value.

Very friendly staff - Kimberly (the manager) was exceptionally helpful with everything.
The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to the beautiful little town and the fairground. There is a nice pizzeria next to it and it's surrounded by wonderful nature trails.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. It was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly. I’ll be in the Ionia area very frequently and will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed here for the Ionia Free Fare. Our room was great!! We stayed in a suite with a Jacuzzi and balcony looking over the pool room. It was very quite.
