We loved everything. This has been one of the best value hotels we have ever stayed. The hotel is new and extremely clean. The staff is awesome and welcoming. Shout out to Arianna and Angela, who made us feel at home from the first contact. The chef makes a different breakfast every morning. Never a dull breakfast. The rooms have fileted water. It is two blocks from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and bars.

Super hotel,small and comfortable. They have own parking. Location is axcellent. Freindly staff. Specially thank you for her job to Jaime Mullins. She provide an excellent service. We feel us like at home. The hotel also jas a privit parking. And they have very nice breakfast.

the beach was beautiful.

the beach was beautiful. The hotel was under construction and we were not warned of the chemicals and dust. My daughter is pregnant and has a toddler. The elevators were all out except 1. The plumbing was bad and caused a delay to going to a birthday dinner with insistence to make repairs or come in the room while i was gone. The pool area is not updated. An umbrella fell on my daughter because it was broken.

Major surprise. It is desolated. There's nothing to do there, the streets are empty considering it was the beginning of the summer. Very few businesses catering to tourists, and some were closed. The ball of hay rolling down the street if you know what I mean.

Really liked the guest rooms.

Really liked the guest rooms. The living room/kitchen were separate from bedroom. Balcony's overlooking the ocean. Stayed at hotel 4/10-17/26 and beach wasn't so crowded then. Hotel Staff are very professional and accommodating. Liked that the hotel was close to shops and other restaurants. Bubba Gumps Restaurant was next door to hotel and food was good. Sizemore Coastal Kitchen is a short walk and very good food. Salt Life Restaurant on N. 3rd St. was also very good. Easy to get around Jacksonville. We visited St. Augustine and enjoyed it. It's a very busy town. The Cathedral was amazing. A must see.

Unfortunately the weather was not beach friendly.

Unfortunately the weather was not beach friendly. Rained every day and the winds were fierce. We still had a great time tho. Found indoor places to take the kids and found some good restaurants. Also shopping centers for anything one might want or need.

First time here, we felt comfortable and safe. Love this beach, because it was clean. Did not see any trash on the beach. We noticed that there were people still out walking late at night. This tells us that the area is safe to be out walking.

Cleanest beach well attended and observed by safety personel, Ate breakfast at the Hotel as it was fabulos and very reasnable. One great City! Many good restaurants and good shoping. Visibility of law enforcement made me feal safe. We played a lot o volley bal and ejoyed the sand and water. The surf is good and the sand prettty white and clean.
