Hi! We are Jered & Carly and Josh & Kass. We are two families who built a Jacksonville-based hospitality company focused on providing quality accommodations with thoughtful design. But we don’t run everything ourselves - we have a team behind us 100% focused on you having a perfect stay. We have lived in and traveled to many different countries and love experiencing and learning about different cultures. From our personal experience as Airbnb guests to our professional experience in hospitality, we have high standards to provide the best stay. We all four are former military (Army and Navy). We love connecting with fellow West Point, Naval Academy, Marquette, Notre Dame (MBA), Wharton (MBA) and Syracuse (MBA) alums. We operate our own short and long term rental properties, but would be happy to talk to you about investing, managing or co-hosting yours.

Located in a fantastic, walkable neighborhood, the home offers a relaxed coastal vibe, inviting living spaces, and everything you need for a carefree stay. Perfect for couples, small families, or friends looking to enjoy Jacksonville Beach at its best. The living room, dining area, kitchen, one bedroom, and its en-suite full bathroom are on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms and two full bathrooms are on the 2nd floor. The laundry room is a common area, shared with other guests staying in the building. Booking for a group? Need an event space? Need a place close to a landmark? We have a 24/7 customer service team that will be happy to support you during your stay. Must be able to climb stairs. *Guests will be required to complete 3 pre-arrival requirements: 1) Fill in a check-in form, 2) Sign a rental agreement. 3) Choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver fee.* *ATTENTION: Dear prospective guest, please note that the nearest beach access/boardwalk is currently under renovation due to an ongoing city project. As a result, direct beach access may be limited, and guests may need to drive or walk to a nearby alternative access point, like the one on 9th Ave S, which is just a block away. Construction may also occasionally take place on weekends. We want to be transparent so guests can plan accordingly before booking.*

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is right by the beach. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than a 10-minute drive, and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.
