Puerto RicoIt was the best place we have stayed during this trip. An hour and a half away from Sequoia National Park. The place had all we needed snd more. The hosts left water bottles for us, the house had filtered water and they even let us use their washer and dryer. The communication was great. We received all the instructions well ahead of time through the Booking website and they were clear.

Not much to do in Lindsay, but it is close to the Sierra...
Not much to do in Lindsay, but it is close to the Sierra Nevada Mountains (Sequoia). We had a pretty good pizza at Tony's Pizza in Lindsay. My grandmother lived 50 years in Lindsay; my father was raised there, and I spent much time visiting in my youth. It was fun driving around and seeing my old haunts and seeing so much change since 50's, 60's, and 70's. The City Hall in Lindsay has been kept in pristine condition, a welcome reminder of this city in its heyday.

The room was large and well appointed. A simple breakfast was included. It's an excellent gateway location to the Sequoia National Park. There is a strip mall with a supermarket within walking distance. Lindsay itself is not a tourist destination per se, but we found the locals to be very friendly
