The town was hoppin' with lots of interesting shops, restaurants, pubs, activities, points of interest and history. An excellent location for biking; it's a flat as can be. Close to fishing docks and spectacular and scenic parks. Easy access to the ocean beach and bonus - you can drive your car or RV on the beach! Scoopers is a huge store loaded with a variety of candies, fudge, and fantastic ice cream cones. We visited Long Beach when it was sunny, warm and dry.

Longview and Seaview are right next to one another and the MOST adorable little beach towns with wonderful restaurants, cute little shops, fun things for kids, adults and seniors. The beaches are not crowded and the people living there seem to genuinely Love it and it shows in Everything... A great place to visit and stay!

Long Beach is a nice coastal town.

Long Beach is a nice coastal town. Not only does it have a huge, long beach, but there is plenty of beach access, public toilets, picnic areas and is surrounded by state parks, fishing and hiking opportunities. All the people we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

We love Longbeach! There is always something fun to do.

We love Longbeach! There is always something fun to do. We ate at a new spot called the Anchor, I think. Food and service was great. We also like the caboose diner. The food there is always fantastic. Scoopers is always a great place to grab a cone, and if there are kids along, the arcade and go karts are a favorite!

Our stay was wonderful, the downside was the missing teen on Friday 5/23/25 (we happened to be right there), but also showed the speed of the emergency crews who happened to save the two men trying to extract the boy who went missing.

I love small towns and their charm and Long Beach is no different. Shops are locally owned. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I even had a cook give me tips on how to reheat my food so it tasted just as good as when he plated it. Such an easy going place. I never get tired of visiting. A lot of fun is along the main strip and vain off from that. Restaurants, arcades, golf. Something for everyone. Long Beach also has a lot of fun events throughout the year, so you're never bore unless you want to be.

The condo we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and handily located close to the swimming pool. We liked the fire pits and seating behind the hotel. The staff is friendly and efficient. Loved the new plush towels provided for the swimming pool. The updates that have been made to this facility in the past few years are wonderful. The Chautauqua is our go-to place in Long Beach.

Excellent stay nothing fancy but the rooms are updated could not ask for a better location and a quiet atmosphere the staff is excellent and they don't allow anyone to smoke even in the parking areas. You can walk to most of the activities inn long beach from the hotel It is centrally located along with a short stroll to the beach.

The rooms were very clean, with towels neatly and aesthetically folded. It’s the first hotel I’ve stayed at where, seeing a booking for four guests, they actually provided four coffees and a full set of toiletries for each person, not just two. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff – highly recommended!
