Honestly awesome choice for a very reasonable price! Clean and well maintained, friendly staff, quiet, good location. Super 8 is very unpredictable. Sometimes dirty and smelly sometimes very good quality! This one is a safe stay - for sure!

Easy access to the property and great communication from the host. Cute and quiet neighborhood. The house was well stocked with things that other properties do not always have, like coffee and spices. There are also two air mattresses available, so guests do not have to double up in beds, if they don't want to. There is also a washer and dryer with detergent, if you forgot your own.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! This place is gorgeous, comfy and met every need! Has me wanting to come back in the summer! So awesome too because it appears you would be able to rent both chalets if more space was needed! Our daughters felt like royalty up in the loft which is very spacious and of course fun with the circular stairway! Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful home away from home! We came for skiing at Caberfae which was only a 15 minute drive from here!

I was very pleased with my stay and hope to stay here again. The shampoo/conditioner/bodywash was empty in our room and the nob for the cold water on the sink in the bathroom stuck to where we couldn't use it but those 2 things were not a deal breaker at all.

There is so much to see & do in Manistee.

There is so much to see & do in Manistee. The beaches, the lighthouse, hiking, the surrounding cities, restaurants. Highly recommend The Painted Lady and their famous broasted chicken. Good prices, good food, good service. Visit the SS Milwaukee clipper. The Town of Onekama has an historic tavern, also good food. The giant sequoia is nice to see too! Inspiration Point, very nice view. Downtown and all the old buildings is very nice to see and fun to window shop! So much to see & do and brochures can be found almost everywhere you go or research on line before going.

Manistee is a beautiful community on Lake Michigan.

Manistee is a beautiful community on Lake Michigan. The week of the 4th of July is when I've spent the most time here and there is a carnival for everyone, an art fair, fireworks 🎆. So many family events which is part of the Manistee Forest Festival.

Enjoyed the downtown area and the Riverwalk.

Enjoyed the downtown area and the Riverwalk. It was very peaceful and enjoyed all the pretty little flower gardens. Got to see a huge ship come down the Manistee River. Enjoyed eating dinner at one of the local restaurants on the deck by the river. I was there for a wedding so did not have much time to visit all the sites. Hope to go back and spend more time.

Manistee is a cute town with many restaurants to choose from. We golfed and the scenery by Lake Michigan was gorgeous. We didn’t go to the beach but heard it is very nice. This was our second time to visit this area and we’ll be back.

Downtown manistee is nice and clean.Enjoyed the riverwalk.The sunset cruise on the princess of manistee was amazing.The people are friendly.The food at blue fish kitchen is yummy.Also check out the lighthouses.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites. It was absolutely wonderful. The staff was excellent. They gave us so much information, from shopping, restaurants, places to visit, parks to see. Events that were going on. Saw the light house, due to rough water we didn’t walk the pier. Manistee was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Saw the ships in the harbor. Great restaurants, lots of small shops, clothing, furniture, gift shops, crafts, Art Gallery, Movie theater, distillery, winery’s and restaurants, the restaurant on the top floor at the Hampton Inn, the food and staff had amazing food. We are making plans to come back, we enjoyed ourselves so much. So many things to do. The beach is gorgeous and they have so much to do there, were play grounds, right on the beach. Best long weekend we had with family and friends. Enjoyed and we will be back. Thank you.

The room (queen deluxe) was spacious and had a nice view of the river, Bathroom had a counter with plenty of space for personal articles. The room has a small fridge and microwave. There was no breakfast offered, but the coffee was good and there were fresh fruits and snack bars. The staff members at the Inn are very nice and helpful. There's a candy and ice cream shop next door with delicious treats. Downtown Manistee is charming with lots of restaurants and shopping.

The room is very clean. The hotel has everything for your comfort. The pool and jacuzzi are great. A big plus is that places with food are close and inexpensive. Our family liked everything. We will definitely come back to you.
