My brotĥer lives in Martinsburg and is nearing his end due to a fatal disease. Me and my family come often to this hotel, because it is close to his home. The visits with him can be upsetting somwtimes, but k owing im coming back to the same place where i am treated well helps alot. Sherry, in the bar remembers me everytime we come. That so means alot. She asks about my brother and my family, which is more important at a time like this than you know. I work in the Hotel business at a much larger scale, so i can only hope my lodge gives the same feeling to our guest as the Holiday Inn staff gives me and my family.

This hotel was in a very industrial section of town, behind a more attractive Hilton. At a total price of about $115 per night, the value was not impressive. The staff, however, were helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

The Hotel staff was friendly, the size of the room is big...

The Hotel staff was friendly, the size of the room is big enough for me and my husband. The hotel room was clean. We did not go to the pool which I wished we had time. The breakfast was good although we did not have a big breakfast. We watched the other guests with family enjoy their waffles and such. The location was very convenient to stores. Overall it was a great experience staying at this hotel

First time there I enjoyed my stay.

First time there I enjoyed my stay. Where we stayed everything was close in proximity to the hotel. We went for the air show there. That was nice also. The hotel was nice and convenient to and from the highway. I would stay again very nice little town.

We'd never been to Martinsburg, so we decided to see a part...

We'd never been to Martinsburg, so we decided to see a part of the world we'd never seen before, didn't know anybody, see the city and just relax. All the sights and shopping were a good driving distance and we just loved the beautiful sceneries.

Very special people live there and I visit often.

Very special people live there and I visit often. Lots of places to eat. IBC church is a great place to worship. War memorial park is a wonderful place for families - fun playgrounds, pool and picnic areas

Convenient. Staff lovely and helpful..near to lots of fast food and restaurants and many shops. Had hot food on offer for breakfast. It was a spotlessly clean and comfortable room. Husband said the bed was the comfiest he has slept in so far. We are from the UK on a 3 week road trip and have slept in many different hotels so far. What carpet there was, is short so we could push the suitcases rather than pulling them.

THE STAFF! Everyone is super available to help and friendly. Make us feel good upon arrival and throughout the stay. CLEANING! Both the room and the common areas of the hotel are always well clean and the housekeaping staff is very friendly - it was a surprise that linens and bathroom linens had a very nice fresh wash smell

Everything was excellent! The hotel is very clean and tidy. It opened recently, so everything looks very modern. I loved the design of the lobby and the room. The lobby had a pool table, coffee, and tea. We even managed to do our laundry in the laundry room located on the first floor. Highly recommend it to everyone!

Wonderful facility, everyone that worked at this hotel was nice, kind, thoughtful, foreword thinking, and worked incredibly hard to make our stay the best possible. Super clean room, passed the blacklight test.
