How clean the property is and how fast check in was

I'm not much of a breakfast person but it nice knowing that it was there in case I decided to eat, Place was very nice and clean. The people that I did run into were very hospitable. I hope to return soon.

Staff was friendly and the room was roomy and comfy.

Quiet. It’s a smaller hotel so it’s there’s not to many people.

The gym is ready for workout 24 hours a day. It satisfied our needs from different schedules. The room is clean and the bed is wonderfully confertable

The hotel is pretty good and cool. It is pretty new, the breakfast is buffet. Is good but it’s not anything from other world. You have to call the front desk the night before if you want your room cleaned up.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Residence Inn in Milpitas, CA, with my family for an overnight visit, and I can't recommend it enough! We booked two studio rooms with king beds, and to our delight, the front desk supervisor, Karen, graciously upgraded one of our rooms to a spacious two-bedroom suite. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for our family of four. We also loved the breakfast—truly amazing! There was a great variety of options to choose from, ensuring everyone found something they liked. It was a lovely surprise to learn that Karen has been with the hotel for 10 years, just like our family had visited a decade ago! It really felt like a homecoming. I brought my parents along for this trip, and they were equally impressed with their room and the overall experience. In summary, our stay at the Residence Inn was fantastic. The combination of excellent service, clean accommodations, and delicious breakfast made for a memorable visit. Thank you, Karen, and the entire staff for making our family getaway special! We'll definitely be back.

Great staff, facilitated an early check-in easily. Room was clean and fresh, well appointed and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Will stay here again next time I’m in San Jose

I have stayed at this hotel several times. Its next to Orange Theory where I go. The hotel stay was nice. Love the pool and the breakfast is alway prepared well and the staff is friendly.

Proximity to the airport with shuttle service. We got there Thanksgiving evening and the bar was open and the food was delish. I dont recall the bartenders name, he was there the last time we came but he gave excellent service.
