Everything, bathroom was a great size, bedroom was great, nothing bad to say at all.

The hotel was clean and close to the airport.

Everything was great from the way the front desk received me to the check out

Staff was very, very helpful. Kept things easy and quick check in.

Firstly we enjoyed the free shuttle from the airport, very convenient and instructions given perfectly for pick up area. Then we were greeted by very friendly front desk staff, full of information. We were pleasantly surprised with our large roo, king bed, very comfortable bed and pillows. Overall the room exceeded our expectations. The bonus of course was the hot and cold breakfast provided, with plenty of choices. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all.

Fabulous hotel in a safe neighborhood, with friendly staff, a great restaurant, Comfy rooms, quiet, ample bathroom. Clean common spaces and rooms, everything looks new and shining.

The staff was absolutely amazing, especially Frankie and Darion who were both friendly, bubbly and so funny. These guys deserve some great recognition!!! Everything about our stay was great and the staff members were perfect.

Whilst I booked and paid for 3 rooms but unfortunately myself and my husband were held up at New York airport so could not really comment as we did not stay but did meet our friends there when we managed to get back and it appeared to be exactly the same as the Spring Hill suites in Colorado Springs which was excellent .

Instead of making you wait around hoping for the shuttle to come at a good time, you schedule beforehand when you want to leave the hotel for the airport. Very convenient and appreciated! Staff was friendly and helpful as well.
