United StatesCabin was very cozy and spacious. Would make a great family get away! All the comforts of home. Kitchen stocked with dishes and silverware. Has oven. Fridge stocked with ice. Couldn't figure out if the shower was functioning. Ended up washing up. Not a bath person. That was the ONLY negative about the place. Great price! Beautiful area. Definitely would return given the chance. Definitely will refer to coworkers and friends.

We didn't spend much time in Newberry, but it's close to...
We didn't spend much time in Newberry, but it's close to Tahquamenon Falls, which are spectacular ... especially the Lower Falls. Also, Crisp Point Lighthouse is amazing, in spite of the 18-mile rough road.

Didn't stay long enough to discover Newberry but we loved Timber Charlies, recommended for supper by front desk staff. It's an exceptionally professionally operated restaurant, from initial welcome and table assignment to service throughout the meal. The place was humming, tables were being over three times in the course of the evening, the staff all worked well together like a well-oiled machine. Food was great, too !

The hotel was just a 40 minute drive to our destination of Paradise for the Wild Blueberry Festival, a little closer to the Tahquamenon Falls. The room was a good size and included both a microwave and a good sized small refrigerator with freezer(not the smallest but almost double that size). Hot water and ice was plentiful in spite of a full hotel that weekend(we stayed 2 nights but had spearate reservations). Breakfast was included and had something for everyone.

We loved EVERYTHING about our stay! The home is so clean, the linen smells amazing, there was more than enough space for 4 ladies. The layout is comfortable and they had everything you could possibly need waiting for us.
The location was perfect. It was less than a 30 min drive to the falls, a very convenient grocery store and gas station nearby. Next time I need to check out the pizza place down the street!

Pleasant Moose Lodge is by far the best place I’ve stayed at in Newberry so far. The staff was amazing, the breakfast was really good, my room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. I would 100% recommend this as the place to stay if you are planning on making a trip to Newberry Michigan.

The short walk to Pizza Hut was a plus. Haven’t been to one in years. Couldn’t hear any highway noise. Clerk let us know that there were many people staying in the hotel that were going to the same event. Made it easier to talk to everyone.
