The elevator was out of service during most of our stay but staff helped carry our things to our room. There was absolutely no housekeeping however, and I ended up changing out our sheets, emptying trash and collecting fresh towels from the front desk in the evening. We were there for five nights. They have to do better!

Even though there was some errors like the toilet not working the next staff member came and helped fix the problem with no issues. I didn't go swimming but wanted to but kids had the hot tub full and the pool was freezing cold with no lighting in the room. Outside of that the trip was pretty smooth.I would recommend this hotel.

was not happy and would not recommend this place the place was dirty inside and outside was never told the pool would be closed and the breakfast area had a sign that said couldn't take food to the room and there wasn't enough places to sit and when I was checking in a customer come up and asked for more towels and the lady at counter asked why...why does it matter if she needs more towels and someone threw up out side the door to the side and it never got cleaned up oh ya and the vending machine was practically empty I loved going to Lake Michigan to swim though And won't let me leave the other pictures said they don't support item

The room was dirty.

The room was dirty. The rugs made your feet turn black cockroaches the whole place smelled terrible no air in the Hallways at Check in the lobby. The only thing that was clean was where the Continental breakfast was there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The only furniture in the Suite where the beds and small TVs on a dresser

The hotel was old, our room was not cleaned in 3 days.

The hotel was old, our room was not cleaned in 3 days. The pool was closed, we were unable to use it. We were advertised a King bed and it was a Queen. We talked to the GM after the second night and he promised us the room would be cleaned but he lied.

The test that could’ve been a little friendlier.

The test that could’ve been a little friendlier. The cat no breakfast did not have much to offer was out of orange juice. But the man that was taking care of the kitchen dining area kept it very tidyAnd clean. The beds were very comfortable. We did not have enough towels in our room for the amount of people that we had in each room. My granddaughter got sick in the night and we had to go get a new sheet and the sheet was not clean that they give us. The lady at the desk was rude but when I asked for a clean sheet. There was a lot of people hanging just outside the doors I think they may have been people that were living there? But for the price and it accommodated our big group was in the area we needed it work for us. Was not in the best neighborhood there was a lot of commotion next-door at the party storeWhich was not the hotels fault.

I was trying to support local Hometown business owners. The manager of the property was extremely gracious. Stepping into the room with like stepping back in 1967 it was clean bathtub, but the bathroom was a little older touch up here and there was help great location to our concert in Muskegon
