The space was wonderful..The kids loved the bunkbeds..They also loved the pool..I loved the privacy away from other Hotels ..I wish I had a TV in my private room as the kids used the other but it was ok..The food places in Pacific were awesome and the people were so friendly..We hated to leave..Thank you for an amazing place to stay.

The staff was wonderful. Very helpful! Three different people all great. Younger lady with check in, middle-aged man helped me with vending machine issues, and another lady in between their age helped me grab some milk for the road my baby after breakfast was closed down.

It was quiet as we were the only guests when we arrived. No staff anywhere on the premises; which was a bit strange. Full kitchen available on the first floor for our use if we needed it. Ping Pong and billiard table ready for use. Security cameras all around the facility. Security codes for entry into the building and our room were provided to me in my email. Felt safe and secure after entering our room. Pet friendly; we had 2 small dogs with us and no pet fee was charged.

I had requested that the hotel do something special for us since we were traveling for our anniversary. We walked in the room and there were chocolate kisses in the shape of a heart and a red tinsel surrounding it. My husband was very happy and surprised and I was a very happy wife! ❤️ Thank you so much for making our anniversary overnight getaway so special.

The staff accommodated us for an hour early check in with no issue. The room was a great layout and we were pleasantly surprised that the bunk beds were full sized beds. The kitchen was great, even though we were only there for one night it still came in handy having a full-sized fridge and a microwave. The suite was extremely clean and very attractive. There was a little balcony, too. Overall it was a fantastic suite.
