The staff was very friendly, very helpful. The facilities were clean, and you can tell they give a crap about their hotel as they've done some major renovation work in the last few years.

We had a weather emergency and Alecia was immensely helpful in accommodating a request for a room close to an entrance on the ground floor, for our elderly Pomeranian to easier access the property and also as not to disturb others, as she is still quite a barker. Rooms are soundproofed enough that you don't hear all the guests coming and going as much as you do at most hotels. Providing a nice relaxing environment. Highly recommend

I loved everything; the room and beds were comfortable, the campfire was cozy, the pool was relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious.
