FranceOur cabin was absolutely amazing! It was spacious, spotless, and felt incredibly private—perfect for our family of four. The beds were large and very comfortable, and we truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. We loved everything about it and were genuinely sad to leave.
Breakfast each morning was homemade and absolutely delicious, with a different menu on both days. It was such a lovely touch and really added to the charm of our stay. The hostess was extremely friendly and welcoming—we really enjoyed chatting with her.
The location was ideal, just minutes from Cathedral Gorge State Park. One thing to note: dining options in the evening are limited, with restaurants closing quite early and located at least 15 minutes away, so plan ahead.
All in all, a fantastic stay—we can’t recommend it enough!

I traveled over to Panaca because I wanted to see the Moon...
I traveled over to Panaca because I wanted to see the Moon Slots at Cathedral Gorge State Park. Though there is not much of a town here, the mountains coming over, the State Park and the overnight stay in this quiet little town was magical.
