The staff are very, very polite. It's very clean in the continental breakfast. Which is free is absolutely amazing. Sausage, eggs, donuts, bagels, waffles, yogurt, cereal, fruit. You name it the indoor pool in hot tub.Are excellent

Fantastic hotel! The room was super clean and the bed was great. It’s also a quiet area, so I slept like a baby. They have vending machines for snacks, and a comfortable area downstairs to relax. Also, the woman at the front office, Amber, was about the most friendly and helpful person I’ve ever met. I’ll absolutely stay here on any future visits.

Great little town.

Great little town. The live events produced by Warner Vineyard has grown exponentially. Dozens of live concerts...tribute acts, country artists and they've just added Cheap Trick. Between the two wineries, lakes and Kalamazoo it has really grown into a destination.

They count every old dingy towel.

They count every old dingy towel. I requested fresh towels and housekeeping came to the door with a basket and counted 1,2 towels out & then flipped her hands as if she was counting $ at the casino. Additionally, I requested late checkout . She said 11:30 was the latest. It was 11:35 & The manager lady stood by my door as I was taking my belongings to the car and yelled at me , “You have to go now” A lot of soiled smelling carpet. Outdated hotel. You can do better especially with Customer Service.

On Sunday we went into town and strolled thru a little...

On Sunday we went into town and strolled thru a little farmer's market. All the vendors were so nice. We walked on a little board walk along the river and then crossed over to the park. The bathroom there was very clean. Then we went to Geoscape Rock Shop - What a delight! So many beautiful rocks from all over the world. Very interesting. The staff was super nice. My husband likes to visit breweries and we found three close by. We had other family in town for a wedding and we all met at the rock shop and then had lunch at the Paw Paw Brewery. Again the staff was super nice. The food was great and we all commented on what a great time we had. We had never been to Paw Paw. We would definitely go again.

This is a nice little town with friendly people, stores and...

This is a nice little town with friendly people, stores and restaurants. What is missing can easily be found in larger cities within reach, like Kalamazoo, South Haven, and St. Joseph. The location on I-94 is ideally situated to reach any part of Michigan.

The Wine and Harvest Festival was limited to 2 wineries, St.

The Wine and Harvest Festival was limited to 2 wineries, St. Julian’s and Warner’s. St. Julian’s was the most affordable. The festival also included a huge craft show and antique car show on Saturday. Paw Paw had a lot of restaurants and pubs. The restaurant we enjoyed the most was La Cantina Italian restaurant , which was open from 5:00-8:00.

Food, fuel and shopping were all close and convenient. Staffing in some retail places was sparse, but under current marketing conditions that is expected everywhere, even at home. Roads could use a surface upgrade. Some spots were really rough. No road rage seen, and most folks very friendly. Several folks were curious about where we were from and why we were visiting Paw Paw of all places. Easy conversations were struck more than once. Nice place to visit.

I'm a late sleeper so I did not take advantage of the breakfast. The hotel was very Clean and the pool was very nice! The front desk was always accommodating and friendly. It was also VERY QUIET at night ie: you didn't hear road traffic, the pool closed at 10 PM, and other guests were quiet(no kids or loud people in the corridors). I would stay here again when visiting family.

The hotel is conveniently located off of route 94 and easy to get to. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. I also enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool.
