It was very interesting.

It was very interesting. Loved the architecture, like old West. They were having a concert in the park. The guitar players/singers sounded wonderful. The whole place was inviting making me want to come back and investigate more.

A decent place to stop between the National Parks and Rock Springs. Full range of restaurants, gas stations and other services/stores. Hotels are low-cost to mid-range, but adequate for travelers.

A fun little mountain town with good coffee shops, outdoor...

A fun little mountain town with good coffee shops, outdoor gear shops, and gifts. The Nested West was a standout for homewares like shops, towels and a variety of other kitchen and home items. The indie music scene is pretty good during the summer season of Sound Check in the local bandshell of Veteran’s Park. The library is an anchor of the town. A beautiful log structure with some rammed earth architectural features. Books of course but community interest gatherings around crafts and local music concerts. Speaking of log structures, St. Andrew’s in the Pines Episcopal Church is another beautiful building. They also have an occasional gathering after music in the park on summer evenings around a fire with s’mores and gentle conversations. Fly fishing in Pine Creek that flows right through towns yielded a fresh catch or two for me. There is plenty to do in town as well as the vast backcountry Sublette County has to offer.

A nice little town.

A nice little town. Enjoyed the skyline drive and because of the fires we weren’t able to do the other drives. The mountain man museum was very good. Good eating places there such as Wind River Brewery.

We have family in Pinedale.

We have family in Pinedale. Over the last 40 years Pinedale has grown from a small (800 population) cowboy town to thriving town that hasn't lost it's western heritage. There is plenty of outdoor activities like fishing, hunting, hiking, snowmobiling and camping. Would I recommend Pinedale-ABSOLUTELY!

Had dinner at the brewery.

Had dinner at the brewery. Honestly wasn't that impressed with the menu. The adults both had chicken. It was chewy and not very good, especially for the price. The kids had the Mac and cheese and said it was very good. Had breakfast at thr wrangler. They never disappoint. Portions were huge and food was excellent. Needed to get a couple of things and stopped at Ridleys. They have absolutely anything you would need.
